Charming villa with magnificent views of the sea and the Pinarello peninsula in the heart of the maquis, between granite rocks and olive trees.

- A large air-conditioned living room of 70 m2, opening onto a terrace with sea view,
- A fully equipped kitchen, fridge, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher,…
- A veranda with sea view of 20 m2
- A dining room with open kitchen
- An independent bathroom with toilet
- Bedroom 1: an air-conditioned room with 1 bed of 180 cm, with bathroom and toilet, storage; outdoor access
Upstairs :
- Bedroom 2: a small bedroom (closed mezzanine) with windows (12 m2), accommodates 2 people, 2 beds of 90 cm that can be joined together.
- Bedroom 3: accessible from an external staircase, a large air-conditioned room, bright in an eagle's nest of 25 m2, with bathroom open to the room and toilet. 2 beds of 90 cm.

Der Weg zur Villa ist eher beschwerlich, empfehlenswert für Fahrzeuge mit erhöhtem Radstand. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum und macht die vorhandenen Mängel fast wieder gut. Einige Sachen könnten in der Villa ersetzt werden. Der Poolbereich und Umschwungsee more
Der Weg zur Villa ist eher beschwerlich, empfehlenswert für Fahrzeuge mit erhöhtem Radstand. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum und macht die vorhandenen Mängel fast wieder gut. Einige Sachen könnten in der Villa ersetzt werden. Der Poolbereich und Umschwung ist sehr schön. Der Service vor Ort muss verbessert werden. Anreise war sehr beschwerlich, da wir eine Stunde in praller Sonne warten mussten. Ein defekter Sonnenschirm vor Ort wurde leider nicht ersetzt, bzw. auf unsere Anfragen wurde nicht reagiert. Das Haus war bei Anreise sauber geputzt, der Aussenbereich war dreckig. Im grossen und ganzen haben wir die Ferien genossen und würden auch wieder kommen. Preis-Leistung ist zu hoch.
