Although the villa is not air-conditioned, each room has an adjustable propeller fan on the ceiling. Thanks to the stone walls and the orientation facing the sea, the indoor temperature remains pleasantly cool even in the middle of summer.

The fully fenced garden guarantees total privacy. It extends over 10,000 m2 and blends harmoniously into the surrounding scrub.
• The heated swimming pool of 28 meters by 5 meters, treated with salt (except in case of emergency), is secured by two alarms and offers a relaxation area with a breathtaking view of the sea.
