Attention, two bedrooms are in the villa, the others are independent and are located in the property.
Please also note that some rooms have outdoor showers only.

The villa offers spacious living areas and high-end amenities. It has a professional independent kitchen equipped with a cold room, two dishwashers, an ice maker as well as two coffee machines, Nespresso and beans.

Guests can enjoy a private cinema room as well as a fully equipped gym. The large living room has a home cinema and benefits from a high-speed fiber Internet connection and Wi-Fi.

Outside, a heated infinity pool of 20 x 5 meters, salt and secured by an electric shutter, awaits you. The enclosed landscaped garden includes a putting green, a football field, a petanque court, a ping-pong table, as well as a barbecue and a plancha for your outdoor meals.

For your comfort, the villa offers a private parking for five vehicles, with an electric charging station. Linens, hair dryers and all high-end household appliances are included. Air conditioning is present throughout the villa and security is enhanced thanks to an alarm and smoke detectors.

Pets are allowed on request.
