INTERIOR
The villa is beautifully decorated with a living/dining room opening onto the terrace and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, refrigerator, and freezer in the back kitchen).

The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms:
o Bedroom 1: 180x200 cm (2 single beds) with a shower room and toilet
o Bedroom 2: 180x200 cm (2 single beds) with a shower room and toilet
o Bedroom 3: 160x200 cm
o Bedroom 4: 160x200 cm

A shower room is shared with bedrooms 3 and 4.
A guest toilet is available.

A baby cot is available. At your disposal.
A washing machine and iron are available.
The villa is connected to Wi-Fi (fiber) and is fully air-conditioned.

EXTERIOR
The villa has a pleasant, fully landscaped exterior. The swimming pool measures 9 x 3.6 m and is heated and secured by an alarm.
The garden is fully fenced.
A pétanque court, two parasols, four sun loungers, a barbecue, and an outdoor lounge are available for your relaxation.

The villa is located in a recent residence; some finishing touches are currently being made to neighboring villas. Peace and quiet are guaranteed from July 15th to August 31st.

Guest access

Guests have private and exclusive access to the entire villa, the heated swimming pool, and the outdoor areas.
A locked closet is reserved for the owners' personal belongings.
A security deposit is required before entering the premises. The amount and terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
