INTERIOR
This villa seduces with its authenticity, enhanced by its various vaults, its ironwood frame from an old convent in Sardinia and its lime plaster.
On the first level there is the entrance as well as an adjoining kitchen, fully equipped (hob, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cookware, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, juicer, tableware ...) and equipped with a pantry. You also have access to the living room, decorated with a fireplace and a TELEVISION, surmounted by a mezzanine. The dining room is located on the same level. A bedroom with bathroom is located nearby, as well as an independent toilet for guests. No fiber-optic Wifi.

The yurt adjoining the villa can make a playroom for children

The villa is not air conditioned because its exposure allows it. It is comfortable and environmentally friendly.

OUTSIDE
This villa offers a unique setting between sea and nature. On one side, a patio with exotic accents invites you to relax; on the other, a superb terrace with heated infinity pool (8.50 * 4.50) equipped with 8 sun loungers and a shade sail, reveals a panoramic view of the sea, the islets, the bay and, in the distance, Sardinia and the archipelago of La Madalena. The garden, arranged on several levels, creates beautiful spaces for walking and contemplation. A yurt houses a large bedroom, to the delight of children and lovers of escape. A rare place, ideal to live unforgettable moments facing the horizon without opposite. Garden mostly fenced. The swimming pool equipped with an alarm and a net fence.

Guest access

Travelers will have full access to the entire villa and its outdoor areas. Attention, this villa is not suitable for children under 2 years old because of the stairs.
