INTERIOR
This magnificent villa of 300 m2 can accommodate up to 14 people, ideal for stays with family or friends, in a setting that is both convivial and refined.
On the ground floor, you will find the garage with direct access to the villa as well as a dormitory. On the first level, the living room opens onto two terraces giving access to the swimming pool and the outdoor kitchen. The lounge –living room area, bathed in natural light, communicates with a fully equipped and equipped indoor kitchen (Delonghi bean coffee machine, blender, juicer, toaster, etc.), ideal for preparing and sharing delicious meals. From the living room, you access the living room extended by the terrace offering a spectacular view of the sea. The villa also has four elegant and spacious suites. Two of them, located on the second level, are equipped with king size beds (180 × 200), while the other two, located on the first level, offer queen size beds (160 × 200). Each suite benefits from a television as well as its private bathroom with toilet.Everything necessary for your stay is available: linens, sheets and towels.
A fifth bedroom, located on the ground floor in the form of a dormitory, offers six single beds (90 × 190). It is equipped with a TV and also has its bathroom with adjoining toilet, ideal for welcoming children or groups of friends.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi and secured with an alarm system.

OUTSIDE
On the heights of Solenzara, the villa offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea. Let yourself be seduced by moments of absolute relaxation, lying on sunbeds or beds, taking full advantage of the Corsican sun by the infinity pool (11 x 3.5 m), equipped with a security system. The terrace hosts an elegant outdoor kitchen of the FOGHER brand, L-shaped and perfectly equipped: worktop, storage, gas barbecue and plancha, ideal for enjoying lunches and evenings outdoors in a friendly atmosphere.
The landscaped garden of 400 m2 completes this living space with a petanque court and a ping-pong table, perfect for sharing fun moments with family or friends.
