INTERIOR
This sumptuous villa of 360 m2 offers an elegant and comfortable living environment, ideal for accommodating up to 12 people. The living areas are spacious and designed to combine conviviality and functionality. The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and SMEG kettle, filter jug, allowing you to easily prepare all meals while having the sea view. This villa has 6 carefully appointed and decorated bedrooms, including a sumptuous master suite equipped with a private bathroom with bathtub. (4 bedrooms on the ground floor of the swimming pool and 2 others upstairs on the level of the living rooms). The rooms offer a variety of beds (double beds, twin beds), perfectly adapted to families or groups of friends. Each room has its own shower room with toilet, guaranteeing privacy and comfort for all occupants. The villa thus has 6 bathrooms in total and 8 toilets (1 guest toilet on each level).

On the same level of the swimming pool is available, a complete laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The garden hosts a large Balinese infinity pool of 15 x 4.5 meters, secured by an alarm, perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The villa has a closed garage, four outdoor parking spaces, a carport and a charging station for electric vehicles. A motorized gate and an alarm system ensure optimal security on a daily basis.
