INTERIOR
This contemporary villa of 180 m2 offers a spacious, modern and fully air-conditioned interior, designed to guarantee comfort and tranquility to its occupants. The main living room consists of a bright lounge / living room area, with a TV, ideal for meeting with family or friends, perfect for group stays of up to 8 people. The open kitchen integrates harmoniously into the living space. Fully equipped, it allows complete autonomy during your stay. There is a dishwasher, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a toaster and a kettle. The organization of the kitchen has been designed to combine practicality and conviviality, whether for quick meals or more elaborate moments.

The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms, each offering real privacy thanks to its private shower room and toilet. The beds are distributed as follows :
- Bedroom 1: 140x200 bed
- Bedroom 2: 160x200 bed
- Bedroom 3: 180x200 bed
- Bedroom 4: 180x200 bed

Each room has been furnished to offer a pleasant resting area. The configuration allows each occupant to enjoy their own space of comfort and privacy. The entire villa benefits from air conditioning, guaranteeing a pleasant temperature even in the middle of the summer season. The WiFi connection is available throughout the villa, making it easy to stay connected.

Located on a plot of 1200 m2 completely fenced, the property guarantees total privacy, ideal for holidays in complete serenity. The outdoor space has been designed to take full advantage of the Corsican climate, between relaxation, conviviality and moments of sharing. At the heart of the garden is a private unheated swimming pool, secured by alarm, perfect to cool off in peace. It is accompanied by a solarium area equipped with 4 sun loungers and 2 parasols, allowing you to enjoy the sun throughout the day in a comfortable setting. A large terrace extends the living spaces, offering a real place of conviviality outdoors. It is equipped with a plancha, ideal for summer meals with family or friends, in a typical Mediterranean atmosphere. The carefully landscaped garden offers a green setting and allows everyone to find their corner of tranquility, whether by the pool, in the shade of an umbrella or around a meal on the terrace.

A private parking is also available, which can accommodate 2 to 3 vehicles, thus facilitating access and the comfort of stay.

The exterior of the villa has been designed to offer a complete holiday experience, combining comfort, privacy and outdoor lifestyle, in a preserved natural setting in the heart of Southern Corsica.

For information, outdoor security cameras may be present on the property. They are strictly deactivated for the entire duration of the stays and do not in any way affect the privacy of the tenants and their tranquility.
