This spacious and bright villa of 255m2 with a 70m2 apartment overlooking the pool offers a comfortable living environment and perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 14 people.
The living areas are designed to combine conviviality and practicality, with a pleasant spacious living room overlooking the terrace and the swimming pool, equipped with a TV, ideal for relaxing after a day outdoors. This living room is open to the modern and fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, a microwave, toaster, blender, Nespresso coffee machine, to meet all daily needs. The villa also includes several bathrooms, the master suite upstairs has a bath and toilet and the others with shower and toilet, guaranteeing comfort and privacy to each occupant.
