An independent 20m2 studio on the garden level under the swimming pool near the petanque court completes the set, ideal for preserving the privacy of each one. A bright living area with television invites you to relax. The open kitchen, friendly and fully equipped, is accompanied by a functional scullery. You will find all the necessary high-end: Thermomix, pressure cooker, wok, Sodastream, toaster, kettle, as well as complete equipment for washing with washing machine and dryer. The studio also benefits from its own fully equipped American kitchen (fridge, freezer, hob and coffee machine).
For optimal comfort in all seasons, the villa is equipped with reversible air conditioning in all rooms and high-speed Wi-Fi access. The entire accommodation is accessible to people with reduced mobility, guaranteeing an inclusive and comfortable stay.
The villa has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms for 3 of them and 4 toilets, offering an optimal organization for group or family stays.

Located on a large plot of 2750 m2 completely fenced, the villa offers an exclusive, intimate and secure outdoor setting.
The terrace revolves around a magnificent heated swimming pool of 13x4 meters, secured by an alarm, inviting you to relax under the sun. A lounge area composed of 11 sun loungers and 2 parasols allows you to fully enjoy the summer days. A plancha is also available for convivial meals outdoors.
The landscaped garden, perfectly maintained, guarantees calm and serenity. It includes a petanque court, ideal for sharing warm moments with family or friends.
The property has two outdoor parking spaces. The entire estate ensures tranquility and comfort, while respecting the tranquility of the place (no pets allowed).
For information, outdoor security cameras may be present on the property. They are strictly deactivated for the entire duration of the stays and do not in any way affect the privacy of the tenants and their tranquility.
