In its extension, a large table for up to 12 people opens onto the outside thanks to a large bay window, giving access to a spacious furnished terrace with outdoor lounge and coffee table, perfect for enjoying the sweet evenings in complete serenity.
The sleeping area consists of four elegant bedrooms, each equipped with a TV and having its own en-suite bathroom, guaranteeing comfort and privacy. Upstairs, two superb master suites complete the set, offering generous volumes and private bathrooms for an even more exclusive experience.

A large terrace, partially covered, harmoniously extends the interior living spaces and constitutes a real place of conviviality, ideal for outdoor meals in an elegant and relaxed atmosphere. The heated swimming pool of 12 x 6 meters, secured by a shutter, fits perfectly into this green setting and is accompanied by a carefully landscaped relaxation area, composed of sunbathing inviting to relaxation. Located just 300 meters from Pinarellu beach, the villa offers privileged access to the coastline while preserving total privacy. The exteriors also offer a petanque court as well as equipment dedicated to children (swing and slide), to satisfy all generations. A barbecue and a plancha are also available on the terrace, complemented by a large outdoor table, ideal for convivial dinners with ease. Finally, the property has a secure indoor parking for up to 8 vehicles, equipped with a charging station.

For information, outdoor security cameras may be present on the property. They are strictly deactivated for the entire duration of the stays and do not in any way affect the privacy of the tenants and their tranquility.
