The large living room bathed in natural light is the heart of the house. This refined living space includes a comfortable living room with a large sofa, TV and fireplace, as well as a dining area for up to eight guests. The wide openings create a perfect continuity between the indoor and outdoor spaces, letting in light throughout the day.
The open kitchen, modern and perfectly equipped, will delight lovers of gastronomy. It has an American fridge, an oven, hotplates, a dishwasher as well as many quality equipment such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and a SMEG toaster, not to mention a juicer and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

The sleeping area consists of four elegant bedrooms offering comfort and privacy. Two magnificent suites have direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. They are equipped with a king-size bed of 180 x 200 cm, a dressing room, an office and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The other two bedrooms, open to the garden, offer a flexible configuration thanks to their two single beds of 90 x 200 cm that can be joined to form a double bed of 180 x 200 cm. Each has its own bathroom, while an independent toilet completes this space.
