INTERIOR
The villa, with an area of about 140 m2, offers comfortable and functional spaces, fully air-conditioned, for up to 6 people. The upper floor has a pleasant living space, bathed in natural light with a kitchen open to the living room, creating a friendly atmosphere and conducive to shared moments. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee maker, a refrigerator, as well as various household appliances to facilitate the stay.
This floor includes two bedrooms. The first has a double bed of 160 x 200 cm and its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds of 90 x 200 cm and also has its own bathroom with shower. A guest toilet is located within the house.

On the lower floor, A large independent studio of 35 m2 completes the accommodation. It has a living area with a 160 x 200 cm sofa bed, a kitchen open to the living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine and a dryer for the house.
For the comfort of the occupants, the villa is equipped with four televisions, three hairdryers, two vacuum cleaners, an iron and an ironing board. A Bose speaker, a PlayStation, a DVD player and several FREEVIEW boxes are also available.

OUTSIDE
On a private and fully fenced plot of 1,070 m2, the villa is part of a striking natural setting, where natural stone rocks and vegetation sculpt the landscape.
The outdoor area is organized around a private heated swimming pool of 4 x 4 meters, treated with salt and secured by an alarm system. It is a real relaxation area to fully enjoy the sunny days.
Several outdoor areas allow you to have lunch, relax or share convivial moments outdoors. The property has two garden lounges, two outdoor tables accompanied by six chairs, as well as four sun loungers and an umbrella. For meals and moments of conviviality, a weber barbecue is available.
The property also has a parking space. Access to the residence is secured by a gate. The fully fenced garden offers a private and pleasant setting.
The villa is located in the Trinity of Porto Vecchio, within the residence Les Jardins de Trinité, and is a comfortable base to enjoy the region and its Mediterranean environment.

For information, outdoor security cameras may be present on the property. They are strictly deactivated for the entire duration of the stays and do not in any way affect the privacy of the tenants and their tranquility.
