INTERIOR
The villa, with an area of about 140 m2, offers comfortable and functional spaces, fully air-conditioned, for up to 6 people. The main house has a pleasant living space with a kitchen open to the living room, creating a friendly atmosphere and conducive to shared moments. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee maker, a refrigerator, as well as various household appliances to facilitate the stay.
The villa includes two bedrooms. The first has a double bed of 160 x 200 cm and its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds of 90 x 200 cm and also has its own bathroom with shower. A guest toilet is located within the house.An independent studio completes the accommodation. It has a living area with a 160 x 200 cm sofa bed, a kitchen open to the living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine and a dryer.
For the comfort of the occupants, the villa is equipped with four televisions, three hairdryers, two vacuum cleaners, an iron and an ironing board. A Bose speaker, a PlayStation, a DVD player and several FREEVIEW boxes are also available.

OUTSIDE
Located on a fully fenced plot of 1,038 m2, the villa benefits from a pleasant and private outdoor environment.
The outdoor area is organized around a private heated swimming pool of 4 x 4 meters, treated with salt and secured by an alarm system. It is a real relaxation area to fully enjoy the sunny days.
Several outdoor areas allow you to have lunch, relax or share convivial moments outdoors. The property has two garden lounges, two outdoor tables accompanied by four chairs, as well as four sun loungers and an umbrella. For meals and moments of conviviality, two barbecues are available.
The property also has a parking space. Access to the residence is secured by a gate. The fully fenced garden offers a private and pleasant setting.
The villa is located in Porto-Vecchio, within the residence Les Jardins de Trinité, and is a comfortable base from which to enjoy the region and its Mediterranean environment.

For information, outdoor security cameras may be present on the property. They are strictly deactivated for the entire duration of the stays and do not in any way affect the privacy of the tenants and their tranquility.
