2nd floor:
- A large master suite with a 180cm bed, a shower room with toilet, an office area, and a sea view terrace.
Exterior:
- A large furnished terrace with a dining area, gas barbecue, quality outdoor furniture and direct access to the small fishing port of Erbalunga.
Parking provided.
Deposit: 3000 € to be paid on the day of your arrival and returned at the end of your stay.
Pets are accepted but subject to the number, and size of these.
Cleaning and linen included in the rental.
Intermediate households can be set up on request.
