Magnificent stone house with private pool in Cap Corse, between sea and mountains.
Located in Pietracorbara, a very pleasant commune in Cap Corse, about 15 km north of Bastia, the house is a quiet and wooded place, ideal for recharging.
Several terraces and a large shaded garden. This is the real asset of the house, with varied outdoor spaces that aspire to tranquility and well-being.
All local shops are about 10 minutes (7km) by car (bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, supermarket, shops, restaurants...).
The large sandy beach (one of the few in Cap Corse) of Pietracorbara is 4 km away. Swimming, diving and other water activities possible.
Ideal for a quiet family or friends holiday.
Accommodating up to 9 people, the house is set on 4500m2 of land, and extends over 3 buildings, a main house and 2 outbuildings.
Main house:
- A bright living room with a comfortable lounge area and access to a terrace with a large convivial dining table.
- A functional and fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, gas hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: 180x190 bed or 2 90x190 beds.
- Bedroom 2: master suite with 160x190 bed or 2 80x190 beds and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
- A shower room
- Separate toilet
1st outbuilding:
- Bedroom 3: 180x190 bed or 2 90x190 beds + an extra bed (90x190).
- Bathroom area with bathtub and toilet.
2nd outbuilding:
- Bedroom 4: 160x200 bed
- Bathroom area with shower and toilet.
Outdoor:
A fully equipped summer kitchen with a dining table near the 1st outbuilding.
Several shaded terrace and garden areas.
A flowered garden will be most pleasant in summer.
Large sun terrace with sun loungers and summer terrace.
A 9x3m swimming pool, available from June to September, not heated.
High-speed Internet (fiber optic)
You will be welcomed by a trusted person on site.
The end-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy and clean all appliances after use.
Check-in and key handover are done directly at the property. To organise your arrival, we need to set an appointment. An email with more instructions will be sent to you after the booking confirmation.
Cleaning and linen included in the rental.
Possibility of a private chef and boat rental, private yoga lessons.
Sheets and towels provided.
Fully fenced property with electric gate.
Deposit: 2000 euros to be paid on the day of your arrival and returned at the end of your stay.
