The villa is accessible via stairs.
Please note that the caretaker resides a few days of the year, in an independent studio at the villa at the entrance of the property. Generally absent from 7 am to 20 pm and in July / August.

- Access to the villa by a dirt road - no particular worries for a normal height car
- A caretaker resides in an independent studio at the entrance of the villa a few days a year. Generally absent during the day from 7:30-20h and in July / August.
- The villa is on two levels and several half-levels. (With stairs)
- Not suitable for very small children (1 to 5 years old) because there are outdoor areas with a slight difference in altitude, not secure
- A deposit will be requested before arrival.
