The villa is ideally located at 900 meters from the beach, a small path through the nature will take you directly to the famous beach of Pinarello, you will find, restaurant, water activities, deckchairs.

The villa has 6 very spacious bedrooms, each with its own private shower room.
All the rooms are equipped with 2 single beds (90*200) with the possibility to put them together to form a King Size bed (180*200).
Two extra beds are available on request.
The living space of almost 100 m2, the fully equipped kitchen, as well as the 6 bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.
The large glass surfaces flood the rooms with light and offer an unobstructed view of the outside.
EXTERIOR
In the heart of the 2800 m2 landscaped garden, you will find the heated swimming pool with all the necessary equipment (parasols, sunbeds, inflatable games...), a bowling green as well as a ping-pong table and a swing for children.
The pool is secured with a roller shutter.
On the wooden terrace overlooking the pool, you will find a gas barbecue/plancha.
