Beautiful living/dining room tastefully decorated, combining noble and authentic materials such as chestnut and travertine with natural colors, giving a truly cozy and chic effect to the farmhouse.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, 2 Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, ice maker, blender, SodaStream, and kettle.
A laundry room also provides a washing machine and a dryer.
In the living room, a sofa bed can accommodate two children - 160*200)
The sheepfold has two rooms:
- A first room with a double bed 140*200, shower room, walk-in closet, and toilet
- A second bedroom with two 90*200 beds (possibility of pushing them together to form a 180*200), shower room, dressing room, and toilet.

Beach on foot 20 min. Heated swimming pool. Garden and wooden terrace. Ideally located between the bays of Pinarello and Saint-Cyprien.
The new villa is located in the hills, at the end of a dead end, on the edge of maquis, in a preserved residential area, near 4 magnificent beaches.
The villa is part of a small residence of 3 houses, each with their private swimming pool. It is terraced on one side only.
- VILLATA Beach: 1.2 km (20 min walk by a path, accessible only on foot)
