Welcome to Arasu, a quiet and residential area in Southern Corsica, where you will find our magnificent 4 bedroom villa with heated swimming pool. Nestled just a few minutes from the beautiful beach of San Ciprianu, our villa is the ideal place for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends.

The villa is on two levels and is composed of 4 bedrooms.

There are 2 independent toilets and 2 shower rooms.
The living room is spacious and comfortable with two through windows letting in maximum brightness. There is also a terrace on each side of the villa to be able to enjoy the outdoors at any time of the day.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
The villa is air-conditioned and has WIFI.
OUTSIDE
Several terraces are accessible from the front and the back of the villa, as well as the floor.
The outdoor dining area is composed of a gas plancha grill.
The villa has a garden and secure with a gate, and is fully fenced.
The pool is heated and secured with a flap – 12*6
Several sun beds and parasols are available.
